Mike's professional career managing construction projects spans the past 15 years, from running high production residential developments to working with the GSA, US Military, and Alaska Native Corporations, just to name a few. His education background includes a four-year Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management from Michigan State University along with training in fine cabinetry and furniture making. Mike is an involved manager who understands craft as much as value.

Maria is an Oregon transplant who found Alaska in the early 2000s while working as a traveling nurse. She is now our in-house marketing, programming, and proposal expert; insurance executive; training and safety guru; administrative leader; and most importantly, the heart of our office. Between managing Kuchar Construction and her three children she enjoys gardening and traveling.

Lucas is a performance-driven project superintendent known for his solid strengths in execution and management of residential and commercial construction projects. He has an intuitive ability to effectively advance construction projects from concept to finished product. With experience in every aspect of construction projects from $1,800 to $18 million, Lucas is a versatile and efficient team player.
Ashley is a strong team leader with in depth understanding of remote construction management and large scale commercial projects. He works hand in hand with both clients and crews to make each project go smoothly. With project experience throughout Alaska and the Lower 48, Ashley's work is top notch.
Brad, a fourth generation Alaskan, is responsible for project management, field operations, and estimating. His knowledge and experience of the industry was gained through hands-on field experience. He offers both clients and vendors exceptional professional service and the utmost ethical values. With 30 years of experience in our industry, Brad is a welcomed addition to our team.
