The owner of Honeybee Preschool was meant to teach kids, just as we were meant to build. We found clever avenues to work with a modest budget, manage every step of the design and building process, and created the perfect Montessori-inspired classroom.
Highland Animal Clinic was actually able to continue conducting business as usual throughout our construction process. We modernized their surgery rooms, doubled their number of exams rooms, and added more offices and storage space.
Hearth Pizza sourced many of their materials for this restaurant from materials that would have otherwise been thrown away. The owner brought in materials as he found them, including: Wood, light fixtures, chairs, and kitchen equipment. We appreciated working with recycled materials and developing a low impact space.
General Mechanical, a regular subtractor of ours, asked us to renovate their offices–we loved working with our south Anchorage friends in this capacity!
We constructed a new building for Eagle River Nature Center that efficiently holds a warm storage and maintenance room, laundry room, kitchen/break room, full bathroom, exterior volunteer staging area, and a covered cold storage space.
We built Dr. Hu a Class A office space that includes DIRTT sliding doors (to save on space) and a technology wall (including built in TV) to showcase his 3D dental graphics and newest dentistry methods. Interior glass throughout helps spread sunlight and open up the office.
