The original Sluice Box had structural concerns and rather than repair, was replaced by a 60’ x 126’ open air community hub for concerts and gatherings. In 2023, Our early involvement streamlined the design process and expedited project delivery from the initial site survey through final paving. Reclaimed wood and historical memorabilia from the original building were reused, and brings Alaskan character to a 7200 SF modern venue.

In 2025 the client returned to us for the full buildout of a 98×92 Event Hall – A testament to the trust, quality and results we delivered the first time around. The multipurpose event venue is designed to accommodate a wide range of community events.

Through hands-on project management, we successfully completed both projects in time for the fair opening, ensuring the facilities were ready to welcome fairgoers on schedule.
