We began working with design team and client on the layout and finishes. Construction consisted of demo of existing car wash equipment, slab excavation and structural reinforcement. The exterior of the building is CMU block which entailed many saw cuts for window and door openings. The exterior design includes metal canopies, EFIS siding, resin panels, core 10 metal and tile wainscot. The interior is full of specialized touches: wood accent walls, metal curved walls and tile.
